All Systems Go: Introducing Our New and Improved Status Page

At Maropost, we work hard to keep service interruptions to a minimum, but like any technology company, we occasionally have interruptions in service.

Typically, these are scheduled maintenance periods, which we try to keep to non-working hours. If an interruption is unplanned, we aim to keep your data safe and secure and get things back up and running as soon as possible.

In either event, we want to communicate with clarity and transparency so you’re never in the dark if things aren’t running as expected.

In that vein, we’ve made some improvements to our processes and refreshed Maropost’s Status Page, our hub for real-time status updates, system metrics, and planned maintenance notifications.

Here, you can find real-time information for ongoing incidents, uptime details, and resolution information for past issues. We run our status page on a third-party platform, so even if we have a major outage across all systems, we’ll still be able to communicate and send updates.

Maropost users can subscribe to get incident updates sent directly to your inbox the minute we post it. (We recommend doing this now so you don’t have to remember the URL if you’re experiencing an issue.)
