The Challenge

When SHOP.com was strategizing on how to improve their email marketing program, they began by looking at a number of high-profile ESPs to handle their extensive email volume.

The Solution

The SHOP.com team had invested a considerable amount of time selecting a new email service provider, coming up with a shortlistwhich did not include Maropost at all. But before the final decision was made, an IT Manager from SHOP.com met the team from Maropost at a trade show, and left with quite the impression of the platform. The manager wanted to see a demo of Maropost’s services to present to the entire SHOP.com team. “We were blown away by Maropost.
