Richard Lindner, Co-Founder and President of DigitalMarketer, offered his insight on the relationship and service provided through the Maropost Marketing Cloud platform. “Before Maropost, we had been on another enterprise level ESP system. The problem was that nothing we wanted was available out of the box – everything we wanted we had to pay to have custom-coded. Maropost is the perfect marriage of an inventive product with great functionality, a full suite of self-controlled marketing automation and enterprise level deliverability.”

When talking about his favorite aspects of the Maropost Marketing Cloud platform, Lindner was hard-pressed to decide on a favourite feature.
“There’s the campaign builder and the automation -the way that it’s visualized is amazing,” he said. “Some of my other favorites are the One-Time and Send-Time optimization, those really help to make sure we’re hitting our prospects’ inboxes when they are historically shown to be the most engaged and active in their emails. It’s really given us a nice bump in open rates and engagement with our individual prospects.”
When asked to comment on the service from Maropost, Lindner said “the live chat is awesome – it is far faster at solving issues than having to rely on traditional customer service methods. We can now solve any issues when they happen, versus waiting hours or days to get things done. Also, I don’t know any other platform that’s added the feature sets that Maropost has. Maropost is amazing at adding features that serve both future and current customers.”
